When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 1-3 business days. Most arrive 3-7 business days after shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Standard U.S. shipping is FREE on orders $75 and up.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Right now we only ship within the United States.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check status anytime in your account.

Are your trading cards authentic?

Yes. We only sell authentic, factory-sealed products from trusted distributors. No reseals, no fakes.

How do blind boxes work?

Each blind box contains one random figure or item from the series shown. You won't know which one you got until you open it, which is half the fun! Because of that, opened blind boxes can't be returned.

Can I return an item?

Unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened card packs, blind boxes and sale items are final sale. See our Returns Policy.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Sorry about that! Email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right.

When do you restock?

New drops land every week. Join our email list at the bottom of the homepage to hear about drops and restocks first.
