Processing time

Orders ship within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). New drops and pre-orders may take longer and will be noted on the product page.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive 3-7 business days after they ship.

Shipping cost

FREE standard U.S. shipping on orders $75+. Orders under $75 pay the shipping rate shown at checkout.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status anytime in your account.

Lost or stolen packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier we can't be responsible for it, but email us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
